Monica is a highly-skilled strategist and organizer with extensive government, grassroots, nonprofit management, and electoral experience. Most recently, she led the Phoenix office of Congressman Ruben Gallego in the most Latino district in Arizona.

She has demonstrated a decades-long commitment to expanding Latinx civic engagement and building Latinx political power to bring about greater equity in Arizona and the U.S.
