Phoenix, AZ – Mi Familia Vota is proud to announce the launch of our door-to-door outreach program as part of a comprehensive voter engagement effort in Arizona. These Get-Out-The-Vote efforts will feature 1 million door knocks, 1 million text messages, and 500,000 phone calls, with a focus on reaching voters from traditionally marginalized communities, including Latinx, BIPOC, and youth voters.

“We are thrilled to ramp up our door-to-door outreach program,” said Monica Sandschafer, Arizona State Director at Mi Familia Vota. “By increasing our direct interactions with voters, we aim to provide essential information about the ballot and encourage participation among those who are often overlooked. This personal engagement is key to ensuring that every voice is heard and every vote counts.”

Mi Familia Vota is committed to addressing the unique barriers faced by underserved communities and providing the support they need to participate in the electoral process. This outreach is more than just knocking on doors; it’s about building trust and exchanging meaningful conversations on important issues, such as immigration, climate justice, healthcare, and economic opportunities. This is a crucial step in ensuring equitable voter representation and increasing turnout across the board.

By providing tailored information and support, we are confident that Mi Familia Vota will significantly increase the voter turnout for this election cycle. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to ensure that all eligible voters have the knowledge and motivation needed to participate in the electoral process.
