Pam Gallardo is a first generation graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. As a first gen daughter, she experienced and navigated a lot of firsts by herself. This is where her passion for helping others comes from.

As a Youth Organizer with Mi Familia Vota, she strives to share her knowledge with young people to help amplify their voices, educate them, and share tools to aid them become successful leaders. She also believes in connecting older generations to the youth so they can both learn from one another. Coming together as a community is powerful!

Outside of work, Pam enjoys trying food places, working out, and spending time with her partner, mom, and pups.
