Naomi Jozovich is a seasoned leader with a deep commitment to equity, organizational health, and transformational impact. With a background in strategic leadership, internal communications, talent systems, and people-centered leadership, she brings a unique blend of heart and operational acumen to every role she takes on.

Naomi began her career in education as a Teach for America corps member, teaching in the Bronx. She went on to co-found the Rocky Mountain Prep School network in Denver, where she served as the founding Director of Curriculum & Instruction and later as Director of Talent. In these roles, she led the design of an academically rigorous program, coached emerging leaders, and built systems for hiring, leadership development, and staff culture that helped shape a thriving network.

Her work is always centered on aligning vision with execution—and empowering people to do their best work in service of a bigger mission.
