Stephanie brings over 12 years of experience building and leading fundraising programs across philanthropic and political organizations, with annual revenues ranging from $2.2M to $34M. She began her career as a field organizer on Cory Booker’s 2013 U.S. Senate campaign and most recently served at Way to Win, where she focused on strengthening the infrastructure and innovation needed to sustain community-led organizing and build long-term political power.

At the core of Stephanie’s work is a strong belief in cross-class and cross-racial solidarity as essential to building the collective “we” needed to improve the health and well-being of our communities. Her experience and values align deeply with MFV’s mission, and we are thrilled to have her leadership on our team.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time on the dance floor, whether it’s Cajun two-step, Texas swing, conjunto, or cumbia, or exploring mountain trails in Colorado with her husband, JP, and their adventure cat, Daisy Mae.
