Mi Familia en Acción and OCA-Greater Houston are partnering to present the What's On Your Plate: Food Justice Workshop at Clark Park to discuss food apartheid issues, the importance of agriculture, and engage in community gardening.

Discussions about systemic barriers to food access in BIPOC communities and solutions will be explored. Students will also learn about indigenous farming practices, address the intersection of agriculture industry and climate change, and learn ethical and sustainable agricultural practices. Students will discuss potential solutions in their daily lives and communities. Join us!
