Denise Cook is the Chief Data and Innovation Officer at Mi Familia. During her career in the private sector, she spent 16 years with IBM as an enterprise software architect, software engineering methodologist, and technical thought leader. Her love of data analytics eventually drew her into business intelligence and data science roles where she helped companies learn to leverage their data as a strategic asset.

After years of volunteering for progressive candidates and causes, she decided to transition her career from the corporate world to an advocacy-focused role. She is passionate about enabling change through data-driven political action, and believes deeply in Mi Familia's mission to build political power for the Latino community.
